Warm Ups!

  • I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with family and ate a lot of wonderful food! I think we can all be thankful for such a fun and successful season we had this year.
  • Congrats to the football team who won a state championship last night, what an exciting game!!!!!
  • Warm Ups:
    • Girls I have quote a few missing warm ups after counting them all today! Please get them to the athletic office by Friday and I will collect them. If you have misplaced a jacket or pair of pants hopefully they will turn up by Friday from a teammate. I have a list of who had what number so I will contact you by next weekend to let you know if I am missing yours. They were really nice warm ups so we need to make sure we get them all back and don't have to charge anyone for any missing ones. (:
  • Bible study:
    • We are also looking to start a Bible Study that will be headed up by coach Briana, so make sure you check out Facebook for the details. Sunday afternoon is looking to work out the best for most people that are interested.

If anyone has any good photos from the season we want them! Linda Heys is putting together a slide show so if you could get pictures on a disc to Abby Heys by Wednesday that would be great.

Banquet and State Meet Schedule

Parents, Swimmers and Divers:

I first of all want to thank all the parents for being so supportive this season. You daughters could not get to every practice and get through all the hard work outs without you to vent too and drive them there.  All the other coaches as well as myself were so proud of how hard all of the girls worked this season and it definitely paid off at conference. I also want you to give yourself a pat on the back as I got too many compliments from other coaches, swimmers and parents about the girls. They said all the girls swam and dove great and how much they can see how they are there for each other. That truly brings me joy!

The banquet after going back and forth with school and trying to fit it into as many people schedule as I could is going to be November 20th from 5:45-7:15. The school is not available on Monday and we have to make sure all the winter sports parents get to the meeting that night at 7:30. We are going to be doing desserts that night. So eat something before you come, and bring a dessert to pass!

State girls schedule for this week-

Tuesday- Practice 6-8
Wednesday- Practice 6-8 (dryland)
Thursday- Practice 6-8
Friday- Practice 5:30-7
