- Morning conditioning 7:30-8:15am
- Practice 6-8pm
- Tuesday:
- Meet against Muskegon/Mona Shores at Muskegon High School. The start time is 6:00pm (earlier than the original schedule)
- The girls will meet for the bus on the Shawnee side at 3:45. There will be a bus back as well.
- There will be a meal after the meet.
- Wednesday:
- Morning conditioning 6:30-7:15am
- Practice 6-8pm
- Thursday:
- Practice 6-8pm
- Friday:
- Practice 6-7:30pm (Calvin College starts practice this week)
- Saturday:
- Holland Christian invite at The Holland Aquatic Center. The start time is 12:00pm.
- The girls will meet for the bus at 9:00am at school on the Shawnee side. There will be a bus home!

A friendly reminder the meet starts at 6:00pm tonight! Diving will be starting after the first relay and will be going at the same time as swimming.
Our team is competing only against Holland Christian in every even heat. Holland public is competing against Grand haven in every odd heat. We will rotate between our two meets!
There will be food after for the athletes. Go Lady Eagles!!!!!

Below is a swim practice and a dryland practice to try and get in over the weekend since we don't have practice Monday.

- Monday: Happy Labor Day!
- Tuesday:
- Bus at 3:45 on the Shawnee side (there will be a return bus as well).
- Meet start time has changed to 6:00 from 6:30 at the Holland Aquatic Center. We will be competing against Holland Christian and two other schools will be there too...Holland is competing against Grand Haven. We will swim every other heat against Holland Christian in all of the odd heats. Diving will start right after the Medley relay and go at the same time as swimming. This meet will be scored as a dual meet against only Holland Christian.
