Schedule for the week of August 27th

Monday: Practice 6:00-8:30 (dry land)
Tuesday: Practice 6:00- 8:00
Wednesday: Practice 6:00-8:30 (dry land)
Thursday: Practice 6:00-8:00
Friday: Practice 5:30-7?

Labor Day weekend: No practice Saturday or Monday! I do ask if the girls can get in the pool at some point during those three days as we do have a meet on that Tuesday. Do the following work out below:

400 swim
6x75 k/d/s
6x50 descend by 3
8x25 @ :30 hard/easy, easy/hard, hard, easy

3 times through:
4x50 @ :50/1:00 (4 dolphin kicks off each wall)
3x200 @2:45/3:00/3:15 descend
4x25 @ :45 kick half way under water fast + easy

15x50 free descend:
5x50 @ :50/:55/1:00/1:05/1:15
4x50@ :45/:50/:55/1:00/1:10
3x50 @ :40/:45/:50/:55/1:05
2x50 @ :35/:40/:45/:50/:55
1x50 @ :30/:35/:40/:45/:50
