Schedule for the week of September 29th

Monday: Morning conditioning will be now from 7-7:45 on Monday mornings. Practice 6-8pm
Tuesday: Swim meet @ EGR. The meet starts at a new time of 6:00pm and the girls need to be there at 4:45pm (there will be no bus). There will be a meal after!
Wednesday: Morning conditioning 6:30-7:15 am & practice 6-8pm
Thursday: Quad meet at home starting at 6:30. The girls need to be there at 5:15 and there will be no meal after.
Friday: Practice 6-7:30
Saturday: Practice 10-12
